About Me
Professional Consultant, Coach, Trainer & Notary
Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Ke'Shawn Harper and I have been a professional Business Consultant and Coach working in this professional field since 2009. My focus areas are leadership development, financial coaching, small business startups, contract management, policy development and interpretation and operations consulting. I have over 13 years of state government level experience with contract oversight, qualitative and quantitative analysis, training, program integrity, policies, regulations and DEI Training Facilitation. I am a Virginia Notary Public, Certified SWaM Vendor, Certified Life Coach and a Certified Notary Signing Agent.

My educational background includes a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Community Counseling, Education and Research. I have a Master Graduate Certification in Public Administration & Policy, and Public Procurement & Contract Management. I hold a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in English Literature and have completed a variety of skill related certificates in strategic planning and business startup. I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional registered with the state of Virginia.
